Introduction to the collaboration

Videotech is involved in protecting parts of the new neighbourhood that is emerging in Sege Park Malmö where Serneke is a contractor. The project is in several stages and early on we were on site and did basic protection for the construction area. It could be stated that there would generally be a lot of movement in the area and it was estimated that there could be many burglary attempts. Thanks to the right security planning, major burglary attempts have been stopped. Videotech is the contracted security supplier for the construction until completion in 2025.

Flex System

Fully flexible mobile burglar alarm with wireless camera detectors that detect at an early stage and with the possibility of connecting many different devices. The system is operated completely without the need of electricity or internet on site and creates effective protection.

Burglar alarm

Burglar alarms are the foundation of good protection, it detects events early and activates the siren with flash light. All of Videotech's burglar alarms contain camera detectors to verify all alarms and avoid incorrect actions.

During the construction of the Sege Park area, it has been easily accessible and there have been several people on the move in the evenings. This has meant that thieves have gained good confidence to attempt various burglaries in the belief that they will not be discovered. The system we have had in place from Videotech here at Sege Park has prevented several burglary attempts, for which we are very grateful. We are very satisfied with the technicians from Videotech. They have been professional and pleasant and we have found flexible solutions and positioning in consultation with each other. We are so far satisfied with Videotech and currently have plans to continue the collaboration for the next construction project.
