If you rent an alarm system from Videotech and need to get in touch with our service team in the evenings and weekends. Then contact our emergency service which is mannedat 16.00-20.00 on weekdays and at 07.00-17.00 on weekends.

All emergency cases are charged according to the current price list. Remember to always have your alarm code / authorization code ready.

At other times, all cases are handled by our operators at the alarm center.
